This policy applies to Marlowe Bespoke Atelier Sdn. Bhd. ("Marlowe", "we", "us"), operating the website at roofspot.help. We keep our data handling deliberately narrow: we collect what a tailoring relationship genuinely requires and nothing more.

Information we collect

• Enquiry details — the name, email, phone number and message you submit through our booking form.
• Fitting records — measurements, posture notes and cloth preferences, gathered when you place a commission.
• Technical data — basic, anonymous analytics about how pages are viewed, only if you accept optional cookies.

How we use it

Enquiry details let us reply and arrange appointments. Fitting records let us cut, reorder and adjust your garments accurately over time. We do not use your information for automated profiling, and we never sell it.

Keeping your measurements

Your pattern and measurements are archived so future orders don't require a full re-measure. You may ask us to delete this archive at any point; once removed, a fresh set will be needed for any new commission.

Sharing

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email host — and only to the extent needed. These parties are bound to protect it. We may also disclose information where the law requires.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months. Fitting archives are kept for as long as you remain a client, then removed within twelve months of your last order unless you ask us to keep them.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for optional processing. Write to [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
